Design Management/Approval Software???

I currently design labels and packaging for a company where I am constantly sending out pdfs (internally) for proofing and approval. Does anyone know of a software packages that streamlines this process (approving artwork by multiple people). Email gets to cumbersome when there are multiple changes by multiple people. I am sure I am not the only one going through this headache. Any help would be appreciated.

Adobe Acrobat 7.0 works great for that. More here, from Adobe (http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/creativepro.html)

Though it sounds like you already have that, so (inside acrobat) check out:
Help>how to>comment and mark up ... then look in the "Participate in a Review" section.
Also be sure to look at (at the bottom): "Use the tracker to manage reviews"
