Is there a way that I can share Excel spreadsheets over the web?
If so, how do I do this in Golive?

Other than posting the Excel file on your host server and creating a link to it as a download?

you can put an excel spreadsheet online, and even make it editable if you want.
just do a google for excel tutorials
