I can't stand them at all. They use they same formula to write all their craptastic garbage.

I'm all for free drink tickets, but not at the cost of listening to Nickleback fo more than one millisecond.

Blues Traveler is here doing a free concert at Forsyth Park tonight - part of SCADs graduation fiesta! Its suppose to thunderstorm tonight but I am hoping to catch the show still. Live music - you can't beat it!

If you guys think that they are overplayed wherever you are at imagine how bad it is in Calgary, a short drive away from their small town home of Hanna.

I used to date a girl from Hanna, and anytime they came on the radio her and her Hanna buddies would scream... oh the horror.

The thing that really gets me about them is they have a band signed on their label that sounds exactly like them, that seems a little egotistical to me.

Yup. You could line them up and I could subtly tell the difference, and that's only because I'm inundated with their songs left and right daily. That goes for pretty much any music nowadays.

speaking of there songs sounding the same;
a local radio station here overlapped 3 of thier recent single and played them all at the same time... all of the songs were in the same key, same tempo, and all of thier transitions happened at the same time (i.e. intro, verse, chorus, bridge, solo, outro)

not to say they aren't a good band, but thier producer may need to step it up a notch... imo ;)

all and all it does sound like it would be a blast! Especially as an outdoor concert!

who cares about the band? Its free drinks! Although i find Chad Kroeger to be a ass, so it would have to be free drinks.
