Hmm, as in a mere facsimile of the best way to send things back and forth? ;)

I haven't sent a fax in years, pretty much not since PDF became a standard.

I use the fax feature on my iMac. Have a second phone line hooked up to it, incoming faxes get saved as a pdf and printed on my printer. Sending one is a printing option. Sales reps seem to love fax machines.

yeah we have facsimile machines here, which makes sense since we repair them but seriously, i'd prefer to work in the digital world of pdf's etc...

the best is when the accounts payable lady is covering the phones is printing her invoices on the multifunction fax machine and than forgets about it so when you get a fax you are waiting for it is printed on the preprinted invoices and you can't read half of the fax... i love it
