But in terms of how it's supposed to work, well, it's part of the malarkey going around nowadays that if only you end up sweating your ass off in Arizona in July with all of your coworkers, putting panties on goats and catching chickens with your bare hands while blindfolded, somehow you'll be a stronger team because of it.
I dunno...sounds like a load of goat crap to me.
