hey yall need a little help

i'm helping out a friend with a web site and i was wondering if any one could tell me how to put in a texture that i downloaded from a public domain site i'm realy sorry if you can't under stand what i'm typing i have horralble spelling but hey at leat i'm not going to be a copywriter. oh yeah i'm just a college student and i would like to know of some of the best places to get a job right out of school althought i will not be graduating until late 2005 thanks for all your helphttp://www.graphicdesignforum.com/emoticons/frusty.gif
