6 word logo (why me?)

Im doing this to be a sponsor at the event, im also going to be doing all the signage, forms...other graphic materials.

Anyways me and D-Zine were kicking around some ideas for a logo, this is the only concept im really liking right now, still in a beginner stage until the board meets on it and decides if they even like it. Anyways, does anyone else have any good ideas for a boot camp, women, entrepreneur's logo???

I like this one, prefer the font on the top one. That's a cross between a high-heeled shoe and an army boot, right? Laces and all? Only thing is it took me a while to be able to tell that. Maybe knock out crescents or something around where the holes for the laces should be?

Another idea, probably cheesy, but what're you gonna do? :) Same styles as this one, but make it a silhouette of a woman in a business suit with an army hat on.

as for the boot, its still in its comp stage, I don't want to spend any extra amount of time on it until I know which one they like, then ill put more detail into the boot, for now its just conceptual. thanks for the idea ylaenna, you always help me brainstorm, i appreciate that !!!!

Fonts.
Try mixing them.
Top is too bold all over. Bottom is too wussy (did I get it right this time) for boot camp.
Love the boot/shoe. It really works on many levels.

Dog tags comes to mind too for some reason. And all terrain jeeps. No help, huh.

I agree - vary the type and sizes - pick which words get the point across and basically kill the rest by making them smaller. Change the type to suit the word...


Getting rid of unneeded artifacts in the boot/shoe drawing and highlight it to bring out the important areas that define it and make it more 3d.

Yeah...I think the type variations is gonna be a big help for you on this logo D-Frag since there are so many words! I myself really like the boot / shoe idea. The text just needs some playin around with.

No man - that's your same boot from your pdf flipped over. Just a few changes.

What about the idea of a silhouette business woman carrying a briefcase with an army helmet. Or justthe top half anyway so it's simpler.
