It rained here all weekend, save for a few hours last night when I went for a kamikaze bike ride and made it about 22 miles to make up for not being able to ride Saturday.

Our A/C went out on Thursday, but the last three days the temp dropped to about 60, which is pretty sweet. I'm not wanting to be back though, 3 day weekends with longer workdays would be acceptable to me.

A decent weekend here in the 518. It was overcast on Saturday, but not too nasty. Enjoyed the pug parade on Saturday and yardwork yesterday.
If you're looking to find your Monday morning groove, let me introduce you to Gnarls Barkley (http://www.myspace.com/gnarlsbarkley).

I listened to Gnarls after Borat introduced him/them/whatever on the MTV Movie Awards, which was funny.

I usually wear a baseball cap under my bike helmet to shade my eyes. Fortunately, most of the trails around here run through wooded areas, too.
Of course, I am Irish, so I have to wear SPF 48 sunscreen just to go out and get the mail.

I have seen The Crucible. I have already read 2 books about them but I can't get enough. I tried to check out the encyclopedia of witches and withchcarft to re-read it but they wouldn't let me.

HAHA...I hear that! I just wnet and got a travel stick of spf45 or whatever last night to take with me. My helmet fits so tight I don't think a ball cap would fit under it
and this was road riding so no trees :(

No doubt, balou. Always glad to spread good music.
Being Irish and Scottish definitely eliminates any chance of "tanning". Although the emergence of thousands of freckles does give the illusion of a tan. If they made an SPF 200, I would most certainly buy it.

I've never heard that in high school, I've only heard it in media. When I was five, my bus driver said something deragatory about my red hair while I was screwing around. Then, I didn't know any better, but if he would've said that to me today, his head would be through the window, and I mean one of the small windows on the side, not the front or rear ones. You know, I kinda want to kick the shit out of that Brandon Davis idiot for those remarks he made about Lindsey Lohan, though it was essentially a sweeping slap towards red heads everywhere.
