I am a graphic designer, soon to be freelancing. Does anyone know if i were to set up a PAYPAL account which puts money into an ENGLISH business account and i pay TAX here in England on my earnings, do i necessarily HAVE to be working in England for English companies. OR would it be perfectly legal for me to be doing work IN another country e.g. Canada FOR Canadian companies, WITHOUT the need to obtain a WORK VISA (i will only be in canada for a few months and would therefore be unable to get one). I am hoping that because it would technically be an English business account and tax would be paid in England that it would be OK. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS???!!!
