Not really.. If used right, its awsome. Especially for running/track, cycling, swimming, weightlifting, wrestling, ect. It helps reduce on the chaffing, and helps cut down on wind resistance. Unless you would rather shave all the hair on your body when you compete in the above sports. ;)
