uk design student! looking for abit of help!

Hi,

in my last year at university studyiny Graphic design, and for my final brief i have to design my own Flash Web site promoting myself!! Where do i start? just researching other web sites for any ideas but nothin is clicking. anysuggestions where i could get some ideas form that will motivate me?
