Inhouse Laser Printer

Hi, I am looking for recommendations of a good laser printer to use inhouse. This would be used for printing brochures and catalogs, so it must be of consistent quality, and should be able to handle glossy paper. Currently, we use a Ricoh 4506 which completely SUCKS! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. :D

I believe we are renting our currernt monster for $500/month, with a 3-year contract, but I'm sure I can convince them to spend a bit more, since we a re all so frustrated!
