It's a cool image. I like the originality of the theme you chosed. I dunno whether you seek for a feedback or just showing off your skills here... but I thought, I'd give you my 2c anyway. In my opinion, the bigger fish remains strictly in 2 dimensions. I'd suggest to try and experiment with more dramatic shades and/or apply some cool fishy textures to it. This will add a more complete 3-dimensional feeling to it.
Otherwise this is very sophisticated image. Keep it up.
