welp my first post here might as well jump right in.
A good start to the site. Good color scheme so far.
some things that need a little work are
the banner at the top it look very empty for being the first thing i see
The Flash add has lots of hard cuts, if you add some nice disolves in it soften it up and draw more attention to it
The last small thing is at the footer adding some contact info is always helpful.
Nice work so far keep it coming
