Um, you might get more feedback if you repost that at a screen resolution, and upload it here-- not at a pop-up fest image hoster. I gave up trying to see it.

Save the image for web in Photoshop (resize it to fit) and upload it using the image manager on the forum.

I'd remove all the double spaces after fullstops and take hyphenation off, there are some funny line breaks going on. In the projects section the typography is a bit ragged and you have a widow and the same goes for the freedom section. you also have a line break in the differentiate yourself section.
IMHO there doesnt seem to be any hierachy to this ad and there is a lot of generic stock imagery that doesnt really say a vast amount. i reckon you could halve the amount of imagery which would give you more room to lay the type out neatly.
The great big 4H at the top doesnt say much, why not replace it with a more attention grabbing headline?
hope that was of some use

The right side text boxes are too close to your images. Keep same white space distance as the left ones, i.e. 'Freedom' and 'Differentiate Yourself' text boxes. You might also want to reduce all the boxes' width so as to fill out your white space more evenly. Otherwise quite eye catching mate!
