This is the reason I named myself Wanta Be.
I was trying to insert an image for you to slaughter:D I mean critique and did not get it accomplished.
Does it need to come from my web site?

You can host it on a free hosting site like Imageshack or Photobucket. Then you take the link that is supplied and embed it in the post with img tags, like so:
image_URL_goes_here

What happens when you try to attach it? They have to be pretty small.

Imageshack hosts the image for you, for free.
Go here: Imageshack (http://www.imageshack.us/), choose the file you want to upload, and then click host it.
After a brief interval, it will bring up a page with links that you can copy and paste between the image tags Reuber indicated in his post. Choose the link that's at the very bottom (Direct Link to image), and paste that in between the IMG tags.

The window apears to insert the url, instead I click brouse.
Select the file, select the image, click ok (or what ever) the window disapears as if I accomplished my task. But nothing shows up in the message box.
What size does it need to be?

Make sure the image is RGB.
I just save for web and upload.
Seems every time I try one of those image hosting sites it's a struggle to get the code right (I hate code).
You have to post the post for the attached image to show up. It doesn't show up in the post window.
