So I walked outside my office this afternoon about 2:00. And there is a 2 year old blonde haired boy wearing nothing but a diaper standing in the middle of my yard. We have neighbors with kids across the road. Much too far for a random wander into our yard type of deal. We both have fairly long driveways and a busy road inbetween us. These neighbors are new and I haven't met them nor have they been to our house yet. I picked him up and started walking him down the driveway. At the bottom of our driveway is a tricycle. Little fart had rode his bike over and walked up the hill, no shoes, no clothes, just a diaper. I picked up the trike and started walking down the road with him on my hip. Pretty soon his older brother comes out to the road with his bike then rides back to the house. Then the teenage babysitter comes out to the end of the driveway. She said "I just heard the door shut and he was gone." I'm sorry, but a 2 year old can't fly down the road on a trike in that short of a time. Usually if a stray dog comes in the yard, we put him in the dog pen and wait for someone to come looking for them. Hubby said I should've done the same with the kiddo. ;) So, a good thing we aren't parents huh?

I'w writing this as a general post, not directed to anybody in particular.

My original post wasn't meant to go anywhere. I was a journalism student way back when, and I started to see a direction that every other post starts of ,"So I have an..." or "So there I was...". It kinda irked me so I made a poke at it. The rest just happened.

It's hard to believe that some people couldn't take it tongue in cheek, let it run. People complain about what they hear on the radio or see on tv. You aren't being forced to watch something or listen to something just because it's there. Good Lord, change the channel, turn it off, block the thread from sending email notifications. Just because a couple of people don't think it's funny or it's just a waste of time, SO WHAT? As you fly down the roadway weaving in and out of traffic, flipping me off cuz I'm going 5 mph over the speed limit instead of 15 like you, slow down and enjoy life, laugh a little, look at some of the things you speed by every day. Quitcherbitchin.

I'd like some feedback, but I swear to close the thread before it causes internal wars, because, after all, it is just a waste of time.

So I've been trying to get a gift card proof done for a store w/ no input from them besides "make it professional looking w/ our logo. so here's a jpg" (thanks), and so also the bosses say I have to be logged into the phones to take tech support calls at the same time as designing, and so we've gotten much busier over the past three months, and so because of the increased volume of calls today I've been working on simply trying to recreate this person's lousy jpg logo in Illustrator for the past two hours, a job that should've taken ten to fifteen minutes. So I wish I had a computer that can handle Photoshop 7 and Illy 8 at the same time as well. So my computer is SLOW.

So exciting...my wife is a medium, there will be a psychic, 2 techie guys (one for sound the other for temperature readings, the lead investigator and her daughter, who is also an up and coming medium. So I will be doing video and still photos... and 2 ladies that grew up in the house (their dad and grandpa built the house). So even sounds like our daughter may be there also and she is a medium.
