Quark Extensions Manager & Cool Blend extension

I'm using Quark 4.1 on OS 9.2 and I'm trying to import the default set of extensions that ships on the CD. I open Quark and go to the extensions manager. I click import and navigate to the folder on the CD that contains the ext's. But when I get there, NO EXTENSIONS!!

Applications>QuarkXpress 4>XTension folder on your hard drive (this assumes Quark is in your applications folder. If not find it on your hard drive and look for the XTension folder.)

Unfortunately not working...I'd like to uninstall the ENTIRE program...where are the hidden preferences so when I install, it will ask me for my serial number and everything, from scratch?
