I'm curious, what the copyright law is for using a toy in your design or photograph. So for example if I take a picture of a lego man, put it into my design... can I use it for commercial purposes?

Thanks
:D

I didnt get much response but I found this on their webpage:
Can I use the LEGO trademark without permission for commercial use?We are not able to grant permission for the commercial use of our copyright materials such as brand names, logos for and trademarks for others' commercial use. This also applies to items such as building instructions and parts. For more information please consult our Fair Play policy which can be found on our website at www.lego.com/info/fairplay.asp (http://www.lego.com/info/fairplay.asp).

Go to the link... got all the info there i think.

if you step in shit, there is a chance that it could smell really really bad, but there is also a chance that you won't even notice a smell.

my advice, watch where you step.
