Website redesign.
Just started to work on this today, my head feels like a cabbage but i'm getting there.
Page is going to stretch 100% of window's width. my comments in green.
I need some opinions and maybe suggestions.

the best thing to do with websites in regards to meansurements is think relative, not absolute.

Looks a tad bit to template like to me. With the standardized left and right with header type layout, but thats a personal opinion.

Get down all your information before you design. To start a design without the stuff that really matters is wrong.

In additon, I really can't read anything from this. Therefor, I can't see where you are going with your hierachy and structure as a whole.

Get the stuff that matters then make it pretty.

Floating width for left column? maybe not :)
Basically, i'm making a skin. login options and navigation on the top-right.
Most of other content will be generated by the script.
It was approved by customer, so i'm on to implementing it to their engine.
