I would say lose the splash page, otherwise it's pretty good, visually. The code is another story, if you care about that sort of thing at all. It's bloated as all heck and very inefficient.

No, it's not just you. There's no indication whatsoever where to click to proceed. But losing the splash altogether is a much better idea than putting a "click here" so I didn't bother mentioning it.

The site is good, but the splash screen....Try it without. The top portion of the site is a bit "empty"....

Lose the splash page - I agree.
The text is hard to read throughout. If the gray behind the text was a bit darker it would work better. The bright yellow on white is also difficult to read when it's so small. Either try a different color or put a darker color behind the yellow so we don't have to squint.
The layout of the site is nice and looks good. Very clean.
