Hello GDF world,

I'm a Graphics Design Muggle in search of some fairly high resolution graphics of US Army Rank Insignia. Obviously, the higher the better as I have the capabilities to make them smaller, but obviously making them larger, one runs into issues. If anyone can recommend a site (free if possible) where one could download these, I'd appreciate it. I might also add, this request is for a flag case for Army CSM that recently passed away, so if anyone is feeling patriotic and is up for some pro bono work, that would be tremendous!

What I'm ultimately looking for is a full color, high resolution image of the US Army "Command Sergeat Major" rank insignia. To contact me, post a reply here, send a private message, or send e-mail to erik.schminke@us.army.mil. Thanks so much!

There is a department for each branch that has those sort of files. You should contact them to get the most accurate file in vector format.

Try the military section of CorelDraw's clipart, you just might be surprised.

i found this:

http://www.bayonet.net/clip_art/enlisted.html

but they're not of terribly good quality. here's another:

http://www.oldmp.com/art/rankinsi.htm

the CD for the last one is like $25, so that's not bad.

i have not used either of these, so not only can i not vouch for the quality or reputation, some days i can't even tie my shoes.

lastly, here's the big daddy but these run into some $$$:
