Looks good. The text on your logo needs a bit more work....

Looks nice loads fast too ... I agree with xplod on the text ... the grass look doesn't do much for me personally. Other than that looks very nice and I love the little sheep :D
Love the sheep, You need someone to proofread it for you though.

I like the grass image. Cute sheep :) Consider smoothing his lines up a bit? I like the portfolio presentation but I'd like to see something in the main box when you first hit the portfolio page.
Also, might want to 'fix' your Flash so you don't have to do that irritating click to activate thing in IE. Here's one method, I've taken the liberty of grabbing your info so you can drop this right in. Essentially, you take all the code used to embed the graphic and have it written when the page loads by javascript, thus activating the flash.
Create a javascript file, or append to your existing js file:
function IpityTheFoo() {
document.write('<object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" codebase="http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=8,0,0,0" width="955" height="500" id="flash_index" align="middle">\n');
document.write('<param name="allowScriptAccess" value="sameDomain"/>\n');
document.write('<param name="movie" value="flash_index.swf" />\n');
document.write('<param name="quality" value="high">\n');
document.write('<param name="bgcolor" value="#ffffff" />\n');
document.write('<embed src="flash_index.swf" quality="high" bgcolor="#ffffff" width="955" height="500" name="flash_index" align="middle" allowScriptAccess="sameDomain" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" /></embed>\n');
document.write('</object>');
}
In your HTML page, call the js in your head tag:
<script src="scripts.js" language="javascript" type="text/javascript"></script>
In the HTML page, where you want your flash to be displayed:
<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript">IpityTheFoo();</script>
Mind you can call the function anything you wish. Just remember this MUST be called from an external js file, won't work if you put the code in your head.

I would actually recommend using - http://blog.deconcept.com/swfobject/ for that issue

I like the grass image.
I didn't mean the grass image itself .. I meant the grass on top of the font ;)
I think it needs more.
More as in decorations and what not.
If you were to break down your design all it reall consist of is a background image some text and a logo. Not very interesting in my opinion.

Hahah I did mean I like the grass photo.. looks so soft and verdant... just wanna jump in there and roll around... maybe its the green, I'm crazy about green :D
Hmm SWFobject.. cool, I like that it is gives you the option of adding alternative content that's indexable. Have to try it with my next flash piece!
Sorry, so I'm tossing in some more cents, hope you don't mind Tom!
Additional elements would certainly add more interest... There is a lot of real estate not being used there on the services and home page. You could dress up the right side area with some more images samples from your portfolio? Or play with your "escape the flock" idea over there and punch it. Add some over states for your links too?
I really like the portfolio images and transitions!

A fellow sheep!
I like the 'Christine Gregory' and the 'blue' logos in your portfolio.
One problem with sites that only use Flash like this is that there is no text for search engines to index. You should at least have an HTML version.
I like the "Blue" identity in your portfolio...nicely done. As for the site, I agree about cleaning up the sheep a bit, using different logo type...but overall I like the simplicity of the design.
