Website, client approval process question?

Hi, I am simply wondering what kind of approval processes others are using with their clients. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I make them sign off on the completed Comp.

Then sign off again on the HTML template.

Get it in writting, then if they want to add stuff later you tell them that it'll be a new invoice a they've a greed to the design as is. Otherwise scope creep can become unmanageable

I agree, I always make them sign off on a mockup. I do a couple pages so they can get the feel on how its going to look. After that... changes are charged per hour.
