The colors work well but something is unbalanced about it. I can't figure it out but something looks out of place.

Benjo, you're right. I think it's the heaviness of the filled black circle. Tilts everything that way and the text isn't heavy enough to balance.

tinkering is endless - we never really finish anything. It's the deadline that puts a stop to the adjustments.

hmm ok, will stretch the 'forward solutions' with 'Works'. Maybe you did not notice, but that filled circle is part of the word CO with an arrow of 'forward' in the O ;) Just in case...

agree with the stretch.
I didn't get the CO either, It doesn't look concatenated enough.

the black on the 'O' feels to bold for me a darker green would make me feel better ;)

Hi WM, nice logo.

I feel it isn't as descriptive as it could be Re: CO.

I reckon you could play with different styles of arrow heads to make the neg space inside the O greater. I feel this would also help with the balance issue - but I felt it wasn't too unbalanced anyway.

p.s. Forget the kern, it will look wishy washy in my opinion, maybe try ligning it up so that it starts exactly vertical with the left corner of the W.

i didnt get the 'co' either
maybe you could make that part a little smaller, so the letters are the same size as works and bump it closer so they read as one
i would try right justifing forward solutions too
good start tho!

How about dropping the 'Work' text and placing the 'forward solutions' text above the letters 'WOR'? Just an idea...

I think the colours work realy well though, and i like the CO. even though i didn't see it at first! :D

it looks nice, i only just noticed the 'CO' once you pointed it out, you should make that easier to notice, unless you want people just seeing 'works'. another thing, i think that the 'works' text is to bold, i think the unbalance is that there is more black (maybye).
It looks like a nice logo tho.

i would agree about the CO. It's not definitive enough. Nice overall feel and theme. Not crazy about the works font. I'd want to try out a little thicker, maybe sharper/harder line style. Great colors and I like the arrow forward concept.
