sweet man, the hair looks alot better without the black stroke!!! if you really want to make it even more whispier....try adding a gradient from top to bottom using your purple and white....as the white goes more to the bottom, it will really make that hair look whispy without looking to thin, just an idea.....but I think they look done...congrats on some nice illustrations.

They're both cool - my fav has to be the second one though! I think if you add that gradient like D-Frag said it will look even better!
