Need a new printer - recommendations please?

I work in a small graphics department for a large company, mainly producing inhouse work. We have no budget for sending stuff to external printing, so we are limited to A3 printing only!! However, we've managed to acquire some cash from a budget to purchase a large format printer. We can only justify an A1 printer, and must be a reasonable amount of money. It's probably going to be used mainly for printing large photographs, and exhibition displays for roll up banner stands, so must be able to print from a roll. We've been looking at the HP DesignJet 130, which seems like excellent value for money - does anyone use one and are they any good? Or can anyone suggest an alternative?
