hi everybody,
my website http://www.netcreativemind.co.in is a software development, website development related website. I am thinking of to redesign. Please review my site and give feedback. So that i cannot make mistake while redesigning the site

Good corporate look but a site advertising website development that is created in Screamweaver's WYSIWYG mode is not going to get a whole lot of clients.

But it is kinda too much empty spaces on the right side, do you plan to put something thr soon?

Pretty good. Very clean.
The orange panel in the middle - the white text rollovers have a different orange behind them than the rest of the orange...or is it just me?
"One name...belief" is too close to that guy's shoe.
Easy stuff to fix.
