Personally I'd redo the whole site, give it a complete makeover.
Keep nothing and start fresh.

bit harsh ^
The colour scheme doesn't work. Dark greys and lime can look great, but you need to choose better hues.
Lose the flash navigation - it adds nothing, and the effect can easily be done with just HTML and CSS
Lose the flash ball things - pointless. If you must keep it, then only have animation on page 1 then static after that.
Lose the bevel - it's not 1999

thanks chris_bcn, very helpful, i agree about the bevel - it does look a bit out of date, i'm working on making the animations static, but havent got round to uploading it yet, what hue of green and dark greys would you recommend using?

Took too long to load and I didn't wait.

Something about the vertical alignment of the navigation...the first letters of each aren't quite lined up properly, and it all looks uneven. Personally, I would tighten up the space between words, use a (slightly) smaller font size.
I would ditch the nav animation. Just keep it static.
This could work really well if you went further with it. Maybe use an interesting background image that is predominantly green or has a green duotone/tritone/etc. instead of the plain solid green (which I agree, isn't a great hue), and have that rest behind your content area and nav area.
Honestly, as it is, I see an unfinished work but it could have quite a bit of potential, at least in my eyes.

Yeah it took way too long to load. 10 seconds and still a blank page.
linking your stuff to a devient art account is not a good way to bring about clients.
Your work should be availiable within your site.
Furthermore, the load time is terrible for such a simple design.
This site could easily be created without flash and the increase in load time which comes with it.
In addition, if you are going to use flash then have it so that the navigation bar doesn't need to reload everytime I click a link. I think this is part of promblem with the slow load times per a page.

ah yes, i forgot about the deviant art bit! the load times i have no idea about, how does one go about shortening load times? i know what you mean about the flash links, im working on that as we speak.
thanks for the help
