I like the light blue you have used in the design.

Why are the buttons on the left that muddy blue colour with a gradient? Those links look out of place.

What are the red squares for? Are they buttons or bullet points? I think they are too big and too...red. Maybe try another colour that is more pleasing to the eye when matched with your clean light blue and white colour theme.

Thanks for the quick reply. You're right. I had a hard time designing those buttons on the left, they do look out of place. And for the red squares, I guess, they can be both buttons and bullets. I'll try to see what I can do. Thank you again! Hehe.

You're quite welcome. Maybe in this case if the solid red boxes will be buttons you can use a grey or blue bevelled circle? Something shiney and clean looking and not too heavy. Like the red/yellow/green buttons on the top left hand corner of mac windows:

I think this is a business communicational design. But I simply just wanted to test out my photoshop skills on webdesign. Hehe.
