How to convert files Illustrator 10 Mac version into file Illustrator 10 PC version ? There is a software for that ?

Outline your fonts....save, making sure you have a file extension... .eps .ai .pdf. You're done.

Don't use pdf unless you know what you are doing. Flattening sux. Illy is compatible between mac and pc as long as you do as PersonasBinar says and outline your fonts and use the file extension.

If you need to be able to edit the text on the PC...you're going to have to deal with transitioning the fonts.

I understood the poster to mean that he needs Mac files to open in his PC version of Illustrator.

Request that the files be sent to you as .ai, Illustrator's native file format, that should open on your PC. The only issue might be fonts, so if you don't need to edit any type, have the person send you file with fonts converted to outline, and you should be okay. Or, alternatively buy the PC version of the fonts being used, and switch to that format after you open the files.
