vector or solid black and white world map

hi! im trying to find a solid coloured world map either vector or raster when i do a google search there are lots of maps but when i try to autotrace or convert them they dont look very good? im a bit of a tight ass and dont really want to pay for one on istock what i wanted to do is just use it in my designs.

does anyone know where i can get one? or am i going to have to trace it with the pen tool in illustrator? ( a little time consuming)

There is teh Action Exchange on Adobe's site. it used to be real nice but has been converted to a stalling site now. they have some there that are Illustrator EPSs that can be used.
