Drop Shaddow not resizing? Why is that?

Hi Folks,

I was preparing to send an illustation I did in Illustrator
to a client when ater reducing it a little to be a smaller file
I noticed the drop shadow and the inner glow was not resizing
proportionally and showed up too big.

As this is for an ad my client may use in different sizes this
is a problem I gotta solved right away.

So I decided to come here to see if you know why is that
and how to correct it.

If you know what´s going on please let me know as soon
as possible. Thanks a lot!

You need to check (turn on) Scale Stroke and Effects in your preferences. It's not a default.
