Working on MAC OSX. Burning many .ai illustrations on a CD.

Is there a way with just the standard progams on MAC 0SX to compress them first?

Thanks.

You can use Dropstuff, it sould be on your computer already. if not you can go to www.stuffit.com and download a trial version. I have been using the trial version forever now and it works just fine... Prob should pay one of these days.

You can use file>create archive on the main desktop menu bar. It makes a .zip file (go figure, a mac that makes zips but I guess that's cuz mac is always thinking of the poor PC person). Just make sure the recipient on the other end can open it.

Thanks PrintDriver I went out and purchased Stuffit delux so I can right click 'Oh sorry I mean control click' and choose my options to compress.
