Hi Elliott,
I think this is a very nice looking site... clean, easy to read and locate information.

IMHO, here are a few thoughts/observations:

Get rid of the "sitemap" on the nav bar. "sitemap" is generally an attempt to better organize a poorly organized site. Your's is not.
From a usability standpoint, the repeating flash header is a bit annoying. Play once and be done with it. Aesthetically, I don't muh care for the way the letters appear for your logo; I feel it detracts from its professionalism and strong visualization. The animation on the square is nice though.
I really liked the Gardenia mark and collateral... very nice!
In the portfolio, the flash portfolio piece repeats... again, annoying. Also, it seems that the portfolio pages aren't loading the header properly [on my end].
It seems that the footer [copyright info] is a bit of an after thought.
"About Us" and "What we do" don't have headers telling readers what setion of the site their in, like the rest of the pages do.
"Links" page doesn't math the rest of the site.
The width of the "grass" graphic doesn't line up with the animated content on the lower-right portion of the page... kinda looks odd.
"Portfolio" page - you might want to consider moving "Big Dug" and "e-Xact" towards the bottom of the list, b/c they're not as strong, as say, Gardenia is.

nice look! I would blend the grass into the black of take it all the way across the page. It looks like you didn't have to complete that part. Otherwise I love the look.

looks nice. I would have liked it better with a diffrent background (other than black), for a bit of contrast.

I like the site....but I don't think all that flash is necessary....at least it shouldn't repeat. I don't like objects moving while I am trying to read....could cause distraction and a loss of interest. I like the work and the idea....coool!
