I have been doing some free design work for a local charity. Today i redid there logo. I thought it came out rather nice, especially considering what they had before.
What do you guys think.

Don't you think that is an overused recourse? (the hand-heart one)
And I would improve the thickness of the lines in the hands, making them "bolder" for better usage on smaller sizes. Just trying to help :D

^I kinda have to agree. I've seen the hands as hearts thing way too many times. Maybe if you combined it with some more visual elements. I do like the illustration style though. Very Nice.

I would use true small caps for the INC insteading of reducing the point size of the font, that way your strokes will be the same weight.

I haven't seen it done as an illustration - only photography, so I like.

Neither have I.
Like Urst said, use small caps for uniformity.
