What exactly does this company do?

This logo is pretty standard. Nothing terrible, but nothing to make it memorable either. It's all very safe. If that's what you are going for, then you did it.

The web address is somewhat hard to read.

the gradients, although flashy, are goin to be rough for printing, may wanna consider that.

not to mention the white spotlight on the circle that makes it look spherical really takes the attention away from the logo and everything else. and that's not good, maybe if you made it more subtle, but then again rough for printing.

Greg I'd say you've done a great job as far as legibility is concerned - on the "W" and "E".
