nice 3D effects and looks smooth, but the green text "how smart are you" is very difficult to read...almost painful. If you want to use the bevel/emboss effect on it you have, maybe make it deeper. Alternatively, make the blue darker.
I'd also be inclined to make the "GeekScore.com" text ever so slightly smaller so that the M doesn't quite go into the shadow area of the lozenge.
The text on the large banners doesn't stick out very much. Their white glow blends them in with the blue too much, in my opinion.
Your "GS" circular logo is very nice, but I would suggest aligning the circle and the pill-shaped tab evenly in the middle. For me, having the "GS" centered in the circle, and having the "geeksource.com" centered in the pill shape requires that you center the two items.
Other than that, I think they look great. The middle item is really jnice. Great work on the font choice, works well. I like the overall color scheme too. Good work making the gradients appear 3D.

No reputation or pip points that I know of ;)
Nice job on the banners. The green on the banner is hard to read .. maybe a darker stroke might help and you can keep that shade green ;)

I don't like it. The green text is way hard to read on that blue. I am also not that into "forum tech" at all, which is the only way I can describe that style.
