Shortcut keys to sift through open documents in PS, ID, and Illy?

I just got a newfangled mouse and want to program the forward and back buttons to allow me to switch between open documents. In order to do this there has to be a shortcut (i.e. Ctrl+H) for me to program into the mouse utility. I'm on a PC so no Expose to allow me to sift.

Does anyone know of such a shortcut? I can't find any in the Help.
