I'm an idiot when it comes to Adobe Acrobat. I want to provide my employees who work satalite with a PDF of our letterhead that has a "form" in it where they can enter all of the contents of a business letter. Then they can print the file to PDF and email it - making it look like a letter on our letterhead. I know how to import the letterhead into Acrobat/Designer, but how do I insert the editable field???

Any easy step-by-step help??

Thanks folks. :)

We use these forms for online job download forms.

Easiest way - Menu bar, far right side ->Help to... ->Forms!
Nobody ever remembers the "Help" menu. Every app has one.

You'll have to be sure they've all got Reader 7, it's the only one that allows you to e-mail a completed form.
