Hello all! First timer, here...
Just wondering if you guys know of a productive way to use 3D Transform? I'm using 6.0 at this point so I'm not sure if the interface is any more intuitive in 7.0 or CS. At any rate, it always feels like I'm lucky if I get the darned thing to work for me. Thanks...

What are you talking about?
Photoshop?
I've only ever used the 3D transform tool in Photoshop to wrap things around things, like a label on a bottle.
If I remember, the interface was a little trial and error and that was in v5.
Even the image wrap in Illy CS, the interface sux and has some major bugs. Haven't tried much in PSCS yet ('cept for getting it to output).

Might be completely off target here. Sorry.

Oh, and welcome to the forum!

Words to live by:
Sonny: Alright, listen to me. You pull up right where she lives, right? Before you get outta the car, you lock both doors. Then, get outta the car, you walk over to her. You bring her over to the car. Dig out the key, put it in the lock and open the door for her. Then you let her get in. Then you close the door. Then you walk around the back of the car and look through the rear window. If she doesn't reach over and lift up that button so that you can get in: dump her.
Calogero: Just like that?
Sonny: Listen to me, kid. If she doesn't reach over and lift up that button so that you can get in, that means she's a selfish broad and all you're seeing is the tip of the iceberg. You dump her and you dump her fast

Thanks for the input... I do a lot of retouching where decals/logos need to be placed on generic products (lawn mowers and such), so sometimes it can be frustrating to match subtle 3D shapes.

By the way, I just saw 'A Bronx Tale' for the first time last weekend. Great film.
