pantone in indesign cs2

Is there a way to find where a pantone is being used in indesign? im working with a lot of swatches that were made by someone else before me and some have pantones, some don't and i just want to know if there is a way without me checking every swatch. the swatches are in illy. if anyone could help it would rock!

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking but couldn't you print or print to pdf separations. That would show what is what.

Go to your color pallet, click the dropdown menu and "select all unused" and click your trashcan icon on the pallet and then do what Kool says.
