Hey,
I occasionally make shirts for my self, and a friend wanted one, so this is what I put together for her. What do you think? Any suggestions?

I would reconsider the cloud, it doesn't fit with the rest of the image, and it would add expense to the printing without adding much to the piece.

I also don't like girls shirts with the image directly over the breast. Consider moving it down.

I agree. nix the cloud.

If you do move it down, I wouldn't by much, but I'm a guy so I don't really know :p

The image is really cool though.

I concur with what everone else has stated thus far regarding the cloud. It does not fit the piece and appears out of place.

*EDIT* Try a moon instead. You may be alble to add dark clouds with the moon to achieve that "eerie night" feel.

Nice concept.

Definately without the cloud

I like the random rough hand brush stroke at the bottom.

The illustration of the person under the tree needs more negative space to pick it out more, IMO.

Yepper, lose the cloud. My eyes go right for it and have a hard time concentrating on the rest of the image. Consider the color of the shirt with the design, too. That's a pretty dark shirt with a dark image. If that's your goal then it works, if not maybe choose a lighter color.

I agree with SG, the person under the tree needs a bit more to 'see' her. I think the design is great (without the cloud) and with a few small tweaks you'll have it done.

the days of originality has long since been gone

all artists build and refine based on the tools and other art around them...

good artists borrow...great artists steal

that being said... the cloud definitely bothers me...

but the placement...ahhh the placement... thats a good place...run with it

The only thing about the placement that bothers me is that the detail in the grass and flowers from the "fresh foliage" brush set would be not as visible if the person wearing it had anything more than a B or C cup chest, as it would be on the area close to the underside of the boobage. If the tshirt is a loose fit or the wearer has a smaller bust then that wouldn't be a problem.

Maybe someone should model in it! Seriously, for position sake - but since it is a personal project just ditch the cloud and try it on!
