I spent the day yesterday making banner ads in Photoshop and InDesign and for the life of me couldn't figure out the shortcut for copy/duplicate a frame?
I just couldn't find it... Anyone know if one exists?

If you mean animation frames drag and drop the frame onto the new frame icon like so...

InDesign or ImageReady?
I've never heard of frames in InDesign since it's a page layout program. Maybe, but I don't know.

Yeah that's it but I thought there was a shortcut key command so I didn't have to manually drag it over..

IR doesn't have the keyboard editor that Pshop has. But it's easy enough to create an Action for this and assign a F key shortcut.
