In both Photoshop 7 and CS when an image is larger than its window and when scrolled left to right or vice versa, I get vertical lines appearing where the window edge has encroached on the image.. They sometimes can be erased partially but re-draw when scrolled again and don't Save to the file, but it makes it difficult to work in detail.
Since this didn't happen with v7 on OS9 I assume it's a Tiger issue. I'm using a standard G4 1.25GHz, mirror door etc...
Anybody got any ideas??
Thanks

Not too sure if this is right but when I upgraded to Tiger I had to reload Photoshop on again as it kept saying things were missing and I could only open images throught the file open option and not double clicking the file or drag and drop.
This could solve the issue I'm not sure there's some sort of issue between PS7 and Tiger. Google it and I'm sure plenty of other people might have a better explaination for you.
Good Luck

Thanks Andi - I'll do that. It's just strange that it does the same on PS CS too.

Have you tried repairing permissions with Disk Utility?

I posted this on another Forum and somebody suggested updating the ATI drivers. I did and that sorted it. Thanks to all for their responses and suggestions.
