It makes me wonder two things. 1) if we're all supposedly using only about 10% of our brain, how much of a percentage of his brain is being used? And 2) are people like him disabled in some way as we've all been led to believe, due to their lack of social skills, or are they just a harbinger of the next possible level in our evolution (if we survive that long, that is)?

Truly amazing. Thanks for sharing that D-Frag.

Pushed the cynic button here.

Have you got great drawing talent? [yawn] The woods are full of 'em.

Care to turn that into a freak show with an amazing memory trick? Get the camera, call up Guiness-- now you're talking!

Ummm...... Broacher..... the kid is autistic ... so for him to be able to concentrate long enough to write his name would be an accomplishment for him.

That's a popular misconception. Autism has expanded to include a much less 'visible' form known as Asperger's syndrome. Many professionals including some high profile artists and writers fall into this group. In Asperger's Disorder, individuals are characterized by social and eccentric behavior in childhood. It's a spectrum, not a solid, discrete jump.

Many of the highest profile members of those hoping to change the public's narrow perception of this disorder are in fact, those with Asperger's disorder. Some even advocate that is shouldn't be viewed as a disorder at all-- only another evolutionary variant with some great plusses, along with the minuses.

Things that make you go hmmmmmmmm......I think that is the best way to put it! If you want to find out how he does that....die and ask the creator!
