How to change Intuos3 pen tip

I feel like a doofus but I've looked through the manual and unscrewed the one sleeve on the pen (doesn't seem to do anything) and poked around can't figure out how to change the durned thang!

Anybody know?

Yep. I usually use my teeth. But a strong tweezers or needle nose is probably more hypgienic. That is, if you share my point.

So the difference between my very old wacom graphire 4x6 and this intuos3 6x8? Yeepsy. Actually I like the ergonomics of my old mouse but I'm suuuuure I'll adjust.

i lost al of my tips. :( seeing this made me want to check some different ones out, but i cant now.
