Hi,
I am writing a book and it uses endnotes. It was written in Word,
with endnotes (not footnotes). (not the program called Endnote,
I mean endnotes created in Word).
When the document is imported into QuarkXPress7, the endnotes
appear in the middle of the document, not at the end...like this:
Although the concept has not yet been developed much, we can turn around
the notion of personality and apply it to places, instead of people.6 6 . Veness, A. (1987).
Place and personality. Social Science, 72, 29-33.
So this is endnote 6, which should end at "...people.6" The next 6 etc. is the
endnote, which belongs at the end of the chapter.
Anyone know how to make it behave? Incidentally, WordPerfect does this
(almost) correctly.
Thanks,
Robert
