Hi, everyone.

I have about 1000 Scitex Data discs (the big ones) from the early 90s. Apparently they were filled with CT, SCT, etc by proprietary software. The question I have is...

...without that proprietary system, is there any way (ANY WAY - data extraction services, hardware, sofware) to extract the data from these discs? I think I can get my hand on some hardware; but apparently without the software, the hardware would be useless.

Any resources for information? I need this info pronto!

Thanks in advance for any reponses.

Regards,
-Rugger

not sure exactly what you are refering to but sometimes we open Scitex files with Photoshop. again not too sure about this and hopefully someone else can offer greater help.

The initial key is getting the right hardware to read a 5 1/4" disk (larger than SyQuest disks). The next part would be finding software to help.
