As a realtively newbie to Flash, can anyone advise on the ease of converting flash files onto DVD media so as to play through a bog standard DVD player.
New project pending, need to know now if i should run a mile or take it on!!!

If they are not interactive...I would think you would need to export the flash files to quicktime movie or something like that. Then I think you would need to author a dvd with a menu system to individually select the flash/movies you would want to watch. I am no expert in Flash though...:-)

I do some fancy stuff in flash - drop it in with my clips into adobe premiere and then once exported/saved the "chapters" I then use a dvd program to drop in the puzzle pieces to make the dvd itself.
If you have a good dvd program (even Roxio DVD Creator), then you can create your own buttons and menu using flash and photoshop.
But to make a DVD out of flash entirely, sorry no, you still need a dvd creator program of some sort.

sam subjest with me - I just and simple two scene movie that fades back and forth and I want to put in a DVD and let it run. I was going to try the Quicktime route but It just seems like premier is the way to go. I tried using IMovie Hd - sucked.
Let me know if QT works for you.
